Who is responsible
AirFryFeast operates airfryfeast.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. AirFryFeast uses a brand-only public identity and does not publish the website owner's personal name or home address. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] or use the Contact page.
Information you provide
We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, save recipes, subscribe to the newsletter, submit a recipe review or article comment, or contact us. Depending on the feature, this may include your name, email address, password hash, saved-recipe preferences, newsletter topics, message content, ratings, comments, and images or other files you choose to upload. Do not send payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, passwords, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
Website activity and required storage
When you use the site, we record technical and activity information used to operate, secure, and understand the service. This can include a random visitor-session identifier, IP address, browser and device details, user agent, pages requested, dates and times, referring page, host name, account identifiers when signed in, and clicks on affiliate destinations. A signed first-party visitor-session cookie, tenant_visitor_session, lasts for up to 30 days. Account and security sessions may also use required cookies. These required technologies support sign-in, request integrity, abuse prevention, traffic-quality review, and basic site operation; they are separate from optional Google Analytics.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the site; create and authenticate accounts; store favorites; answer support and privacy requests; moderate comments, reviews, and uploads; send requested newsletter messages; measure traffic and affiliate engagement; diagnose errors; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and maintain appropriate records. Where applicable, processing may be based on providing a requested service, consent, compliance with law, or legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site.
Optional Google Analytics
AirFryFeast uses Google Analytics only after a visitor selects Accept analytics in the site's privacy control. Until then, analytics storage remains denied and the Google Analytics script is not loaded. If accepted, Google may receive information such as the page URL, IP address, device or browser information, and interaction data and may use cookies or similar technologies. Visitors can reject analytics initially or reopen Privacy choices in the site footer to change the site-level choice. Clearing browser storage may reset that choice. Learn more in Google's explanation of data used by partner sites.
Advertising and Google AdSense
AirFryFeast intends to use Google AdSense to fund the site. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on a visitor's prior visits to AirFryFeast or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. Visitors can control or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Visitors can also opt out of some participating third-party vendors' personalized advertising through YourAdChoices. If additional ad vendors or networks are enabled, this policy must be updated with their names and links before their technology is used.
Consent for advertising technologies
Where consent is required, advertising cookies, local storage, and the collection, sharing, or use of personal data for personalized ads must not be enabled until the required choice is obtained. Before ads are served to visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, AirFryFeast must activate a Google-certified consent management platform that supports the required IAB Transparency and Consent Framework integration. The consent message should identify the relevant purposes and vendors and provide controls to accept, reject, and revisit choices.
Newsletter
Newsletter enrollment is optional and is not required to create an account. We use the subscriber's email address, name if supplied, selected topics, subscription status, and signup source to confirm the subscription and send requested messages. A subscriber can unsubscribe through an email link or account preferences. We retain suppression information as needed to honor an unsubscribe request.
Comments, reviews, uploads, and contact requests
Approved comments, recipe reviews, display names, ratings, and submitted images may be displayed publicly. Do not include private information in a public submission. Contact-form messages and attachments are used for support and administration and are not intended for public display. We may review, reject, remove, or retain submissions to moderate the site, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to providers that support hosting, databases, email delivery, file storage, analytics, advertising, security, and site administration, but only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of the website. Providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's country. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.
Retention and security
The visitor-session cookie expires after no more than 30 days. Account data is kept while an account remains open and is removed through the account-deletion workflow, subject to records that must be retained for security, legal, or dispute purposes. Newsletter data is kept until unsubscribe or deletion, with limited suppression data retained as needed to prevent unwanted messages. Support, moderation, security, and traffic records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose and applicable obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent for future processing. You can update account and newsletter information through the site, delete an account from the account page, manage optional analytics through Privacy choices, and control personalized Google ads through Google Ads Settings. Submit other requests through the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.
Children and policy changes
AirFryFeast is a general-audience cooking site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to create accounts or provide personal information. A higher age threshold or parental-consent rule may apply in some locations. We may update this policy when site practices, providers, or legal requirements change and will revise the date above when a material update is published.
