Operator and agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of AirFryFeast at airfryfeast.com. AirFryFeast uses a brand-only public identity and does not publish the website owner's personal name or home address. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or through the Contact page.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A parent or guardian must supervise a minor's use where required. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account. You may delete your account through the account page. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access used unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
AirFryFeast content
AirFryFeast's branding, site design, articles, recipe text, photographs, illustrations, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site, cook from recipes for personal or household use, print a reasonable copy for that use, and link to public pages. Unless law permits it or we give written permission, you may not republish substantial portions, sell or sublicense site materials, remove ownership notices, systematically scrape the site, or build a competing content database from it.
User submissions
You retain ownership of comments, recipe reviews, messages, ratings, and images you submit. You grant AirFryFeast a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, moderate, and display a submission as needed to operate and promote the site. This license ends when the submission is deleted from our systems, except for backup copies, legal records, or material that others have independently shared where law permits. Submit only material you have the right to share. Do not post personal information you do not want displayed publicly. We may reject, moderate, or remove submissions but are not required to monitor every submission.
Recipe, allergen, and appliance safety
Recipes and articles provide general cooking information, not medical, nutritional, allergy, or professional safety advice. Ingredients, labels, appliances, altitude, food size, and cooking performance vary. Check ingredient and package labels for allergens, avoid cross-contact where relevant, follow the appliance manufacturer's instructions, use only manufacturer-approved accessories, and verify safe internal temperatures using current authoritative food-safety guidance. You are responsible for deciding whether a recipe, ingredient, technique, or product is suitable for you. Seek qualified advice for medical or dietary needs.
Affiliate links, advertising, and third parties
Some links are affiliate links. AirFryFeast may receive a commission if you make a qualifying purchase through one of those links, at no additional cost to you. The site may also display third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Affiliate relationships and advertising do not change your responsibility to evaluate a product. Third-party websites, retailers, products, payment methods, advertisements, and services are governed by their own terms and policies, and AirFryFeast does not control their availability, content, prices, or practices.
Prohibited conduct
Do not interfere with site operation; bypass access controls; probe or exploit vulnerabilities; introduce malicious code; make automated requests that burden the service; impersonate another person; collect personal data without authorization; manipulate ratings, referrals, advertising, or affiliate clicks; misuse uploads; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use the site in violation of law.
Availability and changes to the service
We may correct, update, remove, suspend, or discontinue content or features. We do not promise that every page or recipe will remain available or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Material corrections may be reflected by changing the updated date on the affected page.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an as-available basis without implied warranties, and AirFryFeast does not guarantee a specific cooking result, nutritional outcome, or uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, AirFryFeast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. These exclusions do not apply where liability or a consumer right cannot legally be limited.
Applicable law and disputes
AirFryFeast does not designate an exclusive governing law, court, or dispute forum in these Terms. Applicable law and available forums are determined by laws that validly apply to the website operator and the user. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer right or a right to bring a claim in a forum that cannot validly be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request agreement to material changes.
