- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup mixed with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated carrot.

Add almond flour, egg, tomato paste, coconut aminos, dried oregano, dried thyme, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.

Gently mix all ingredients until fully combined, avoiding overmixing to keep muffins tender.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

Lightly grease a silicone muffin tray or metal tins that fit your air fryer basket.

Divide mixture evenly into 6 portions and press each into a muffin cup to form compact muffins.
